Wear a swimsuit, You will be fully immersed in a cold tub. Please shower before cold plunge (we do not have a shower)
We Schedule 15 min increments, however we only recommend 3 min when 1st starting. If you are and experience, you can plunge anywhere from 30 secs to 10 mins, based on what your mind and body will tolerate for each session.
Expect to embrace that you will be uncomfortable as your mind & body adjusts to the cold temperatures. Try to immerse you body to chest level. Your mind and body are will tell you to GET OUT!! (PLEASE IGNORE!!) The first 30 to 90 secs are the hardest, then enjoy the BENEFITS of how AMAZING for body and mind will feel when you have completed your session!
He doesn't have same risk as cold water swimming or cryotherapy because it is done in a bath. However, if you have any health concerns please consult your doctor prior to engaging in this activity.
If you are under the age of 18 parents will need to sign a waiver and Provide their child supervision.
